About
hello, friend.
I’m Abby! And I’ve always found it hard to introduce myself neatly—because my life and work are made up of many interwoven layers. At the heart of it all is a longing to live a life of beauty and meaning, and to support others on their own journeys toward healing and wholeness.
I am a foster and adoptive mother, a wife, a social worker, and studying for an integrative somatic trauma therapy certification. Each of these roles has formed me, and together, they inform the way I hold space—with care for the nervous system, reverence for lived experience, and a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit.
Much of this work was born from my own experience of grief, loss, and the slow, sacred process toward healing. Along the way, I have been shaped by embodied practices, supportive relationships, time in nature, and the steady presence of grace. I know firsthand how transformative it can be to be met with gentleness and to learn how to come home to yourself again.
I believe that love is at the center of our healing. From my faith, I understand God as Love—continually inviting us into deeper belonging, connection, and beauty. My work is rooted in my love for Jesus and a belief that healing is sacred. My work is shaped by this belief, while remaining open and welcoming to women from many backgrounds as I honor the unique spiritual language each person brings.
offerings
Today, I offer embodied, sacred spaces—through circles, courses, retreats, and one-on-one work—where women and mothers can tend to their nervous systems, honor both grief and joy, and experience the healing that happens in community. I am especially passionate about supporting foster and adoptive mothers and creating spaces where no one has to carry their story alone.
If something here resonates, I would love to connect. You’re welcome to sign up for emails or reach out through the contact page.
